Let's get started!
Unzip and open all folders and place items (masks) into appropriate
folders.
open up the tag template.
Press SHIFT + D and close the original template canvas.
Hide or delete the copyright layer.
select 3 papers.
copy and paste them onto the working canvas.
place each of the papers above the following layers:
large circle, both rectangles.
start with the circle and do:
selections > float > defloat > invert
select the paper above and hit delete.
selections > select none.
hide or delete the template layer.
open up the frame02 from the scrapkit and
resize it by 70%.
copy and paste it on top of all the layers and leave it in the center.
open the birdhouse02 and resize it by
80%.
copy and paste it above the frame.
drag it to the right side of the frame.
open up the fence and resize it by 60%.
copy and paste it on top of the birdhouse.
drag the fence so it is on the bottom of the frame.
open both swirl elements and resize by 80%.
copy and paste them both under the frame layer.
drag one so it is under the birdhouse.
select the other swirl element and flip & mirror it.
drag it to the bottom left corner of the frame.
select one solid color paper and paste it
under the frame layer.
use your magic wand tool and select/click inside the frame.
selections > modify > expand (by 5 pixels) > invert.
selections > select none.
now add your tube.
repeat the step from above.
add more elements if you'd like.
add drop shadows and you're done!
